Serving Texas and Beyond

Community connection is at the heart of everything we do.

Through Edinburg Dance Theatre, Dancentre of Edinburg, and Ballet Nepantla, we engage with communities both locally in South Texas and nationwide. Our commitment to accessibility, diversity, and cultural celebration guides every performance, workshop, and partnership.

In Texas, we partner with schools, cultural organizations, and community groups to bring dance directly to audiences who might not otherwise have access to the performing arts. From local theater performances to free community workshops and discounted tickets for students and families, we ensure that dance remains an engaging and inclusive part of the cultural landscape.

Ballet Nepantla extends this work through partnerships with:

  • Public schools and underserved districts

  • Universities and cultural centers

  • Community organizations serving immigrant, Latinx, and Indigenous communities

  • Local arts organizations and museums

We are proud to collaborate with partners like the San Benito Cultural Museum and schools across South Texas to make dance a tool for education, empowerment, and celebration.

By fostering these connections, EDT, Dancentre, and Ballet Nepantla collectively continue to build bridges, uniting communities through shared stories, powerful performances, and meaningful dialogue.
